In this Ninth Edition of the program #MyMorningRoutineWithDrJerryTheFirst a Social Media Enlightenment program anchored by Dr. Jerry - the First Oguzie, we met up with Engr. Henry Ezenwa and interacted with him on the subject matter - his morning routine and if it has any bearing on how the rest of his day goes

Here's the detailed discusion

Anchor Person:   Hello, my names are Dr. Jerry - the First Oguzie and I am the Anchor Person for the Topitup Media & Communication Social Media program termed "My Morning Routine With Dr. Jerry - the First". We try to find out from persons how they spend their early morning hours that is from waking up until leaving the house for the day's business or work and then to see if there's a correlation between how the day is started and how it pans out and eventually ends.
Our readers will like to meet you and then hear from you how you spend your morning hours especially between wake up time and leaving for work or other pursuits which necessarily is designated as Your Morning Routine

Engr. Ezenwa:     "Thank you very much Sir. I am happy to be on this  program - My Morning Routine with Dr. Jerry - the First. My names are Henry N. C. Ezenwa and I am a Business Man based in Abuja, I run a Water and Civil Engineering Firm and I am also into Consultancy. Well, I will say when I wake up in the morning around 5 am, I usually would say a short prayer to thank God for the opportunity of seeing a new day and the priviledge of being alive; after that I would put on my track suit and go out jogging, this takes me about an hour or so, coming back to the House, I take a shower and thereafter proceed to observe my quiet time with God. I read the Scripture and then pray committing the day into God's Able Hands. If it's a morning that I will eat breakfast which is rare, I will then eat breakfast and subsequently proceed to my Ofice. That is how my early mornings hours are spent.

Anchor Person:     Thank you very much for the brief. Do you think that the way you start your day has an impact on the way the day is managed and how it eventually ends?

Engr. Ezenwa:     Yes, surely it does. The jogging keeps me fit and ready to go always, I am at alert, active and agile. It also helps me to work intelligently, and the morning devotion keeps me focused on God all through the day, knowing what things to take out of the tray and what to leave in the tray.

Anchor Person:  That is quite interesting. So what word of advice do you have for Nigerians?

Engr. Ezenwa:               I would advise Nigerians to get a life by implementing a morning routine as that would help them to be real and call a spade a spade. I have noticed that Nigerians fake it a lot, and that is not good for our mental health. If we seek to get involved, if we sensitize and mobilize others to get involved, we shall surely get it right

Anchor Person:     Thank you for your time

Engr. Ezenwa:     Thank You Doctor
