Here's the detailed discusion

Anchor Person:   Hello, my names are Dr. Jerry - the First Oguzie and I am the Anchor Person for the Topitup Media & Communication Social Media program termed "My Morning Routine With Dr. Jerry - the First". We try to find out from persons how they spend their early morning hours that is from waking up until leaving the house for the day's business or work and then to see if there's a correlation between how the day is started and how it pans out and eventually ends.
Our readers will like to meet you and then hear from you how you spend your morning hours especially between wake up time and leaving for work or other pursuits which necessarily is designated as Your Morning Routine

Mr. Abaka:     "Thank you Doctor. I am happy to be on this  program - My Morning Routine with Dr. Jerry - the First. My names are Jacob Ado Abaka and I am a Business Consultant based in Abuja. Usually I wake up around 5 am every day, the first thing I do is to ease myself, then conduct the morning devotion, I then take sometime to reflect over the activities of the previous day and visualize the activities of the present day; thereafter I embark on a number of exercises which include press up in the house and a jogging around my neighbourhood, these physical activities serve as the tonic for my day. Done with that, I take my bath, dress up, take breakfast when am not in a hurry to leave the house and then it is time to go to the Office. That is my morning routine.  I also do voice training and breathing exercises in the morning because I am a Singer.

Anchor Person:     Thank you very much for the brief. Do you think that the way you start your day has an impact on the way the day is managed and how it eventually ends?

Mr. Abaka:     Yes. certainly. Like I said earlier, the morning routine helps me to fine tune my mind in preparation for the day. That fine tuning helps me to realize that though we are passing through so much stress right now in the Country but nothing lasts for ever and that one day soon, these shall pass. Accepting that fact helps me to be at peace with all men irrespective of the provocation. And so my morning routine greatly impacts on how I manage my day and how the day eventually ends.

Anchor Person:  That is quite interesting. So what word of advice do you have for Nigerians?

Mr. Abaka:           I would advise Nigerians to try and create an environment where they can live stress free even though there are so many stress factors now and one way of doing that is to visualize the day at its beginning and make conscious efforts to make it better

Anchor Person:     Thank you for your time

Mr. Abaka:     Thank You Doctor
